Decorations & Tables settings
     *Put out table clothes
     *Adding decorations to tables, table toppers
     *Putting out name tags & sharpies
     *Put out Communication Cards & Confidentiality Forms
Setup food tables
    *Put on tablecloths
    *Run electrical cords where needed for serving or drink tables     
    *Put out plates, silverware, napkins
    *Arrange food on buffet tables

Cleanup  11:30am-12:00pm    (4 people)
    *Put away food
    *Wash dishes
